Come, retreat and revive at Paula's Place.
At Paula's Place, I offer a Scottish homestay that's a little different to your traditional B&B - you may well find yourself wanting to stay for longer!
My own transformational journey to authenticity has prompted me to craft out a way to try and help other women find inner peace. Here at Paula's Place I provide a quiet space for you to be present and reconnect with self, and nature in the rugged West Coast of Scotland. Be with the trees, turn off the technology and tune in to who you really are. Leave the trappings of busy life behind you.
A solo or twin space for women, where you get to design what you need. 'Heal by Design' is the name of your stay. Choose from local hill walks, woodland walks, maybe a hike along Loch Etive, or just spend time meandering in the back garden. Swim at nearby Tralee beach, or brave local lochs if that's more your thing. If your energy needs a rebalance or cleansing, why not give Reiki a go? I can also arrange with local experts and friends, a grounding mindfulness experience, a massage, acupuncture, or a unique interactive musical experience, just let me know what you require.
A stay at Paula's Place allows you to choose between a self organised vacation, where you get to organise your own fun experiences, or a more inclusive time with your hosts, where we organise day excursions for you.
Paula's Place would make a great place to retreat to after a busy tour of Scotland, or after sailing around the Hebridean Isles, or perhaps after a stay at Iona Abbey on the sacred Isle of Iona. Day trips and transfers can also be arranged. There are plenty of day trips in the area such as; the scenic Glencoe, picturesque township of Inveraray and it's majestic Castle, Kilmarten Glen standing stones, the Isle of Mull, Staffa and Fingal's Cave to see the puffins, or Iona Abbey.
Here at Paula's Place you are encouraged to slowdown, connect to spirit within, connect to nature, walk with the ancient Ogham trees and learn their wisdom.

Join me, and answer the call to honour yourself. It's time to tune into you, to remember your feminine power, to listen and trust, knowing that life holds you. It's time to respect and nurture you... it's no coincidence that you've found Paula's Place - it was meant to be!

Call or email me to discuss how I can best meet your needs.

I look forward to welcoming you to this peaceful place, near Oban in the Scottish Highlands, the gateway to the Inner Hebrides.

There is a minimum 2 night stay policy (easier on me) and I do not charge for your stay. I believe in Koha (Maori custom), which is an offering or heartfelt acknowledgement of my contribution and services towards your stay. For me it's a kinder, more natural and organic means of exchange.
