Attitude is the single most important factor in determining whether we're happy or not.
Attitudinal Healing is based on the principle that it is not other people or situations that cause us to be upset. Rather, it is our own thoughts, attitudes, and judgments about those people and situations that cause our distress. Healing results occur when we concentrate on changing our own attitudes, rather than trying to change other people. Thus, the goal of Attitudinal Healing is inner peace through healing our own minds in the face of everyday choices, challenges and change.

To quote Patricia Robinson (The Definition of the Principles of Attitudinal Healing)...

“Attitudinal Healing is not just adjusting or adapting our attitudes; rather, it is consciously choosing to let go of our fearful attitudes. It is a spiritual pathway that seeks to adopt a non-judgmental attitude toward oneself, others, and the world. The goal is not to change behavior, but to retrain and reprogram the most powerful instrument of change we possess…our own minds. It is possible to have a single goal of peace of mind and a single function of practicing forgiveness. In doing this, we can learn to heal any of our relationships, experience peace of mind, and let go of our fears. When we connect with the energy within us, Attitudinal Healing can become a creative force in our lives.”

Feel empowered and supported by being in group with others who are willing to be their authentic and vulnerable selves, who are seeking to become better human beings through using the principles and guidelines of Attitudinal Healing. Be guided towards greater self-awareness, compassion and kindness towards others.

Attitudinal Healing can be practiced and applied to every situation you face in life, the skills you learn here will be long lasting and continue to be of benefit to you over time.

One to one sessions are also offered, where you can spend an hour with me either in person, or via video chat. We'll use the same principles and guidelines as the group sessions above, in a more intimate, private setting for those not so comfortable with groups.

During our sessions we will read the Principles of Attitudinal Healing and use them as tools for learning, personal transformation and peace of mind. In our group, participants and facilitators adhere to the guidelines and work together to create a safe and trusting environment that supports honest self-awareness, authentic communication and heartfelt connection. From our heart's centre we come back to the question: “What does it take to experience inner peace now, given the circumstances that life is presenting?”
